What you'll do

• Using plant-based resources, we collaborate with our customers and partners to imagine and offer ingredients to better feed people and treat patients
• Maintain healthy relationships with unions, workmen, and employee representatives
• Lead collective bargaining discussions and wage settlement negotiations
• Coordinate long-term settlements (LTS), MOUs, and productivity agreements
• Liaise with labour authorities, government agencies, and external stakeholders

What you need

• 12–15 yrs of experience
• Negotiation
• Employee relations
• Employee engagement
• Labour law
• Statutory compliance
• Complaint handling
• MBA or Diploma
