About the role

The ERP Manager Tech - Lead to Cash plays a critical role in enabling Haleon's enterprise processes through scalable, standardized, and future-ready technology solutions. This position serves as the enterprise-wide technology owner for key Lead to Cash processes within SAP ERP environments, ensuring solutions are designed, governed, delivered, and continuously improved across markets and functions.

What you'll do

Own the global functional solution, technical standards, governance processes, operational models, and documentation for the end-to-end ERP process
Define and maintain global solution blueprints, technical decision-making frameworks, IT controls, and policies
Drive standardization and harmonization of ERP solutions across markets and business functions
Solution Design & Transformation
Support business process design and continuous improvement activities across all transformation phases, including Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Sustain
