What you'll do

• The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to enable process transparency, identify improvement opportunities
• Analyze current-state (As-Is) processes across domains such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire
• Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, deviations, and compliance gaps
• Process Design & OptimizationDesign future-state (To-Be) processes aligned with Best Practices and business objectives
• Support process standardization and harmonization initiatives
