Understand business requirements, GAP analysis, and system design.

What you'll do

  • Conduct pre-sales sessions to understand client needs and propose ERP solutions
  • Lead business process mapping and requirements gathering
  • Oversee the ERP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and go-live
  • Develop process flows, prototypes, and functional documentation (BRDs)
  • Provide end-user training and post-implementation support
