About the role

This role will be responsible for managing partner programs, sales processes, reporting, pipeline governance, forecasting support, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate combines strong business operations expertise with data-driven decision-making and stakeholder management skills to drive revenue growth and partner success.

What you'll do

• Responsible for managing partner programs, sales processes, reporting, pipeline governance, forecasting support, operational excellence
• Manage onboarding, enablement, and ongoing support for strategic partners and channel organizations
• Maintain partner records, contracts, incentives, certifications, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate partner engagement programs, communications, and performance reviews
• Track partner performance metrics, revenue contribution, pipeline generation, and program adoption
