What you'll do

• ESOP grant administration & record-keeping
• Manage end-to-end administration of equity plans including stock options, RSUs, and other equity instruments across jurisdictions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee equity records, including grants, vesting schedules, exercises, forfeitures, and expirations
• Process equity transactions accurately and in a timely manner in coordination with HR, Legal, and Finance teams
• Own and manage the equity management platform (e.g., Carta, Shareworks, or equivalent) to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience
• Reconciliation
• SEBI regulations
• FEMA
• Income tax
• Chartered Accountant or B.Com
