About the role

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management, operations, and performance of Brightstone-managed residential properties. This role involves strategic planning, operational excellence, financial management, client relationship management, resident satisfaction, and team leadership to ensure the property operates efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards while meeting client objectives and resident expectations.

What you'll do

• Managing housing complexes, residential townships and residential communities requires subject matter expertise
• Responsible for the overall management, operations, and performance of Brightstone-managed residential properties
• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day property operations including maintenance, housekeeping, security, administration, and resident services
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize property performance and service delivery
• Ensure properties are maintained to premium standards in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks
