Estimating & Design Lead - US Commercial Landscaping (remote EMEA/APAC)

About the role

This is not a cold-calling or prospecting seat. That's covered by our BD team. We need someone who can look at a property, a site plan, or a set of specs and understand what it actually takes to landscape and maintain it: scope, plant material, hardscape, labor, timeline, and turn that into a clean, accurate estimate our sales team can put in front of a client fast.

What you'll do

• Review site plans, specs, and photos to scope landscaping and maintenance work accurately
• Build cost estimates: materials, plants, labor, equipment, timeline
• Turn quote requests into delivered proposals fast. Speed matters, most requested proposals should go out within 72 hours
• Keep every estimate tracked from request to delivery to follow-up in the CRM
• Bring landscape/design judgment to proposals: plant selection, layout logic, what a property actually needs

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• AutoCAD
• CRM
• Any graduate

What you get

• ₹1.2 L a month
