What you'll do

• Responsible for staffing and maintaining an Estimating and Pricing dedicated capability in India supporting Commercial and Enterprise businesses
• This role would have the responsibility to build the Estimating and PFA GCC from the ground up, as well as overseeing service delivery, estimate and analysis quality
• Manages employees and mid-level managers performing estimates, cost or price proposals, business case development and risk, financial and competitive analyses
• Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
• Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
