Estimation engineer for the real Estate Group Tathawade Pune

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to support cost planning and project budgeting across our real estate developments—spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analyses during pre-construction and execution phases.

What you'll do

• Analyze architectural and structural drawings, project specifications, and municipal regulations
• Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial real estate projects
• Generate and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material take-offs
• Conduct rate analysis for civil, finishing, and MEP works based on current market rates
• Liaise with procurement to collect vendor/supplier quotations for costing inputs
