About the role

Your role will also include overseeing, supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end‑to‑end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success.

What you'll do

• Proposal Development & Bid Management
• Review RFQs, RFPs, ITBs, specifications, datasheets, P&IDs, customer standards, contract documents, and drawings to establish scope, compliance, assumptions, exclusions
• Adhere to applicable SOPs, governance, approval, quality, and documentation requirements
• Work with Business Development and Sales to develop the scope and solution strategy; participate in customer discussions, pre-bid meetings, proposal workshops
• Prepare proposal plans defining resources, responsibilities, deliverables, milestones, and dates for all proposal contributors
