About the role
We are seeking an experienced Automotive R&D professional with 3-5 years of industry expertise to design EV powertrain components, casings, Motor-transmission cooling system, and EV components mechanical architecture. As an Automotive R&D Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating innovative concepts, designing cutting-edge solutions, and enhancing the performance of our automotive EV products.
What you'll do
- Design and manage the EV powertrain functions for 2 and 3 Wheelers, providing technical solutions and mentorship
- Define and oversee the development of new automotive technologies, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to translate innovative ideas into feasible prototypes and products
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential improvements in vehicle performance, safety, efficiency
- Stay updated with emerging trends, breakthroughs, and advancements in the automotive industry, incorporating relevant findings into R&D efforts
