Events Planner

About the role

As part of the Groups & Events team, you will play a key role in managing the planning and coordination of groups, meetings and events from confirmation through to execution. You will work closely with clients and hotel departments to ensure every event is delivered seamlessly while supporting revenue growth and maintaining exceptional service standards.

What you'll do

• Manage the administration, planning and execution of group bookings, meetings and events, ensuring all details are accurately coordinated
• Conduct client show rounds and build strong relationships by providing knowledgeable and professional guidance throughout the planning process
• Manage event diaries and function space to maximise revenue opportunities and optimise occupancy
• Prepare, review and distribute banquet event orders (BEOs), ensuring all event information is accurate and communicated effectively across departments
• Support and lead BEO meetings, ensuring all operational teams are fully briefed on upcoming events

What you need

• Cross-selling
• Any graduate
