Evidence Generation Lead, India and Southeast Asia

About the role

In this Senior Manager level role, you will help shape and deliver evidence generation strategy across India and Southeast Asia. You will play a key role in identifying local evidence gaps and translating them into scientifically rigorous, feasible, patient-focused, and compliant research plans.

What you'll do

• Lead evidence strategy development by identifying and prioritizing local evidence gaps and translating them into robust, feasible research plans
• Guide studies through their lifecycle from concept and protocol development through execution, analysis, reporting, closeout, and dissemination
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with medical, research, regulatory, access, data, legal, compliance, procurement, and finance partners
• Manage external research partners against agreed expectations for scope, quality, budget, and timelines
• Oversee portfolio planning and performance by prioritizing activities, forecasting budgets, monitoring progress, and escalating material risks or variances
