Ews Risk Manager - SCF

About the role

The Early Warning System (EWS) Risk Manager is responsible for safeguarding the portfolio against potential credit defaults and financial risks through robust data architecture, advanced analytics, and predictive modeling. This role anchors the end-to-end lifecycle of both EWS and Business Risk Engine (BRE) models, ensuring they remain accurate, high-performing, and aligned with evolving risk appetites.

What you'll do

• Data Organization & Management
• Architect and oversee comprehensive data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, hygiene, and seamless integration across disparate sources to feed risk models effectively
• Advanced Analytics & Modeling
• Spearhead the design, development, and validation of predictive EWS models (to flag early distress signals) and BRE models (to track ongoing behavioral risk changes)
• Model Finetuning & Optimization

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Credit appraisal
• Compliance
• Analytics
• ETL
• SAS
• SQL
• Any graduate
