Execution Lead - Marine Electrical and Automation

About the role

Lead end-to-end execution of marine engineering and service projects — owning planning, technical delivery, team leadership and customer satisfaction, while supporting bid teams and ensuring regulatory and QHSE compliance.

What you'll do

• . Develop work schedules and resource plans for approvals; mobilise and optimize manpower, spares and tools across projects and customer locations
• Act as final point of contact for clients, delivering projects from mobilization to handover within agreed timeline, cost and reliability targets
• Oversee installation, commissioning, inspection, troubleshooting and maintenance of marine equipment, guiding complex field-service issues
• . Engage shipyards, shipowners, operators and maritime authorities, ensuring compliance with local and international maritime laws
• . Support bid and commercial teams during tenders and customer discussions with technical evaluation, estimation and design review inputs
