Executive Assistant

About the role

As part of the Executive Assistant, you will directly support the Co-Founder in managing day-to-day operations, driving strategic priorities, and ensuring seamless execution across departments. You will act as a force multiplier—streamlining workflows, following up with teams and vendors, and enabling the founder to focus on high-value activities like Sales, Business Development, and Product Strategy.

What you'll do

• Founder Productivity & Alignment: Manage the Co-Founder’s daily schedule, prioritize meetings, and ensure time is aligned with core business objectives
• Prepare daily/weekly task lists and track completion with proactive reminders.Filter and manage incoming requests, escalating only critical issues
• Follow up with teams and vendors on pending deliverables, ensuring smooth communication
• Consolidate progress reports for quick decision-making
• Product Development & Procurement Support: Track vendor interactions, samples

What you need

• 2–4 yrs of experience
• Coordination
• Reporting
• Documentation
• Product strategy
• Any graduate
