About the role

Responsible for making the meeting agendas, perform research for the meetings, also taking minutes during the meeting (if required) Maintain projects and follow up with the team members wherever required Working as the point of contact among Internal & External Stakeholders They should have a keen interest in administrative roles and a desire to gain practical experience in business operations

What you'll do

• Manage the Founder's virtual calendar schedule, incoming and outgoing mail, telephone calls and other correspondence, including where appropriate re-routing to executives
• Assessing the priority of different appointments and scheduling and reallocating them as required
• Ensure communication between the Founder and Clients, schedule Meetings, and arrange meeting agendas
• Oversee virtual projects, including delegating tasks and managing timelines
• Responsible for making the meeting agendas, perform research for the meetings, also taking minutes during the meeting (if required)
