About the role

Seeking an enthusiastic and proactive candidate for this role - who will engage in activities to increase capacity and effectiveness of the leaders and contribute to the overall department efficiency. Schedule meetings and appointments and complete calendar management Manages Travel/Visa/Expenses and filling reimbursement requests.

What you'll do

• Schedule meetings and appointments and complete calendar management
• Managing Senior Executive schedules (during their visit to India) and creating detailed travel itineraries
• Coordinate closely with Workforce Management, Recruiting, Maintenance, Human Resources, and other teams within the office
• Coordinate work-related errands as needed

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Calendar management
• MS Office
• Diploma
