Executive Assistant, Country Director's Office (EAII Advisors)

About the role

The Executive Assistant will report to the Principal Manager, Strategy and Special Projects, providing high-level administrative support to Senior Executives and the Country Director. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to handle sensitive information.

What you'll do

• Own and actively manage the Country Director's calendar, resolving competing priorities and protecting time for strategic and deep work
• Ensure the Director is prepared for every engagement, with agendas, briefing notes, and background materials circulated in advance
• Plan and book domestic and international travel end to end: flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transport
• Build practical, well-sequenced field itineraries in coordination with state teams, including frequent travel to state capitals and program sites
• Prepare and submit travel expense claims and reimbursements accurately and on time, in line with organizational policy

What you need
