Executive Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) . The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, have a strong command over Excel, and be proficient in Canva and AI tools. This is a full-time, office-based role that demands high professionalism, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.

What you'll do

• Act as a primary point of contact for the _ internally and externally
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Excel, Canva, and AI-based tools
• Assist with business planning, market research, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
