About the role

📍 Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Peenya Industrial Area) We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the India Head. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing schedules, coordinating leadership activities, facilitating communication, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic priorities.

What you'll do

  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the India Head
  • Coordinate leadership reviews, strategic meetings, and cross-functional communications
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, MOMs, and follow-up trackers
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence and business documents
