What you'll do

• Coordinate executive communications — calls, emails, and client interface for leadership, under a strict level of confidentiality that is not negotiable
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners; route accurately, never become the bottleneck
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner — the right brief reaches the right principal before the meeting, every time
• Use: Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack / internal coordination tools
