About the role

Allocate manpower and resources to meet production targets. Involvement in BPS activities and co ordinating and driving RPP projects.

What you'll do

  • Drive Productivity, reduce rework and rejection using Lean Tools
  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety, quality norms and process controls
  • Conduct Time and Motion Study and Cycle-time analysis
  • Implement PFMEA, Control Plan and Risk Mitigation Actions
  • Improve layout, material flow, machine utilization, and ergonomics
