Executive Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive individual who is eager to kickstart their career as an Executive to the CEO . In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, supporting day-to-day activities, coordination, and business operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on corporate exposure and understand how leadership functions in a professional environment.

What you'll do

• Assist in managing the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedules
• Support in coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Help in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting notes (MOMs)
• Handle and organize emails and basic correspondence
• Assist in data collection, research, and documentation
