EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / PERSONAL SECRETORY [Female]

About the role

Co-ordination with various staff, clients, overseas offices. Proven ability to plan and manage resources. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. This position requires someone who has excellent verbal & non-verbal communication skills, good judgement, and strong time management skills in order to meet deadlines.

What you'll do

• Work directly with top/senior management to support in all aspects of their day-to-day activities
• Maintaining the calendar and updating him for any upcoming meetings/ travels / conferences etc
• Preparing for meetings, presentations, recording minutes of meeting and circulating within the Team along with follow-up on any important tasks
• Maintain an organized filing and retrieving system of documents
• Making Travel Arrangements Visa Application, Flight & Hotel Booking (Domestic & International), Car Booking etc

What you need

• 3–4 yrs of experience
• Any graduate
