About the role

This role will engage in activities to increase capacity and effectiveness of the leader & leaders' direct reports and contribute to the overall department efficiency. Manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones, optimizing leaders' time through strategic scheduling and planning meetings like staff meetings, annual business planning / reviews.

What you'll do

• Engage in activities to increase capacity and effectiveness of the leader & leaders' direct reports and contribute to the overall department efficiency
• Manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones, optimizing leaders' time through strategic scheduling and planning meetings like staff meetings
• Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
• Managing Senior Executive schedules (during their visit to India and other APAC locales) and creating detailed travel itineraries
• Handle confidential information and time-sensitive matters with discretion

What you need
