Executive Assistant | Private Equity

About the role

Approximately 5-13 years of relevant experience in Executive Assistant, Office Management, Administration, Business Support, or related roles. Experience within professional services, financial services, investment management, private equity, investment banking, family offices, consulting, or premium hospitality environments is advantageous.

What you'll do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities, vendors, supplies, and administrative processes
• Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, visa support, and itineraries
• Organize internal and external meetings, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure seamless scheduling
• Liaise with external partners such as banks, accountants, consultants, and service providers
• Maintain office records, invoices, payment trackers, contracts, and other administrative documentation
