About the role

We fund and execute energy and equipment upgrades across their real estate portfolios, then measure the results so they can reinvest savings into growth. We call it Infrastructure Monetization. What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to executives in the United States and India including managing schedules, arranging meetings, managing travel arrangements
• Strategically plan and organize internal and external meetings, anticipating potential issues and providing innovative solutions
• Act as a liaison between executives and other staff members and stakeholders
• Consolidate meeting notes into clear, actionable summaries
• Track action items and follow up to closure

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Calendar management
• MS Office
• Labour law
• Reporting
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Any graduate
