We're looking for someone who has: Experience managing calendars, meetings and schedules. Confidence preparing documents, presentations and meeting notes. Confidence using office tools for documents, emails and calendars. Collaborative and supportive team environment. Opportunity to develop professional and leadership skills.

What you'll do

• Manage calendars and arrange meetings for the GCC head
• Prepare meeting notes, presentations and routine documents
• Organise travel plans and maintain related records
• Track appointments, follow-ups and key deadlines
• Handle correspondence and route requests to the right people
