Executive Assistant/Senior Executive Assistant

About the role

The role requires working in rotational shifts across different time zones, including night shifts and rotational weekends, as required. This is a 5-day working role and involves working as part of a team of EAs. The role requires flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as and when required.

What you'll do

• Managing routine emails and correspondence with vendors and clients within India and Internationally
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries for executives, including meeting schedules, travel times, and contingency plans
• Coordinate and maintain the calendar including organizing all appointments, meetings, conferences all across the world etc
• Manage travel arrangements for the CEO (including but not limited to visa arrangements, ticket bookings, cab arrangements, hotel bookings etc.)
• Managing phone calls, routine emails and correspondence with vendors and clients within India and Internationally

What you need

• Coordination
• MS Office
• Documentation
• Any graduate
