Executive Assistant to CFO

About the role

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and trustworthy professional with excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. The incumbent will serve as a gatekeeper, project manager, and liaison both internally and externally on behalf of the CFO.

What you'll do

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts
• Managing the CFO's correspondence, acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis processes
• Conduct financial data analysis to support decision-making
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as procurement, operations, and HR to support financial initiatives
