Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the leadership team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the CEO’s schedule and day-to-day activities run smoothly.

What you'll do

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, calls, and day-to-day schedule
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agendas, meeting rooms, and follow-ups
• Prepare presentations, reports, documents, meeting notes, and other executive-level communications
• Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, clients, partners, investors, and other stakeholders
• Track important action items, deadlines, and follow-ups arising from meetings and discussions
