Executive assistant To Director

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to the Director to provide comprehensive executive, administrative, and business coordination support. The candidate will be responsible for managing the Director’s schedule, coordinating with internal departments, tracking important business activities, preparing reports, and ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks.

What you'll do

• Manage the Director’s daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and business schedules
• Coordinate internal and external meetings with clients, vendors, business partners, and senior management
• Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and other communications as required
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and Minutes of Meeting (MOMs)
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and itineraries
