About the role
What You'll Do Strategic Operations Support Rhythm of Business (RoB) Management: Structure, schedule, and orchestrate leadership staff meetings, India GCC site reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Proactively chase and monitor deliverables from your direct reports (Engineering Heads, HR, Finance) to ensure site OKRs and project deadlines are hit.

- Meeting Documentation: Attend critical leadership meetings to document technical decisions, take precise minutes, and cleanly archive materials
