Executive Assistant to MD

About the role

Proactively manage the MD's calendar, e-diary, appointments, and daily schedule. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including in-person and virtual formats. Prioritize competing appointments to ensure effective use of the MD's time. Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for the MD, including ticket bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, itineraries, Visa, Forex and related requirements.

• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for the MD, including ticket bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, itineraries, Visa, Forex and related requirements
• Handle changes, cancellations, rescheduling, and last-minute travel needs efficiently
• Maintain detailed travel schedules and ensure all required information and documentation are available in advance
