Executive Assistant to MD

About the role

We're looking for someone who has: Experience in supporting senior executives or directors. Confidence using office tools like email, calendars, and spreadsheets. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks. The ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information. A permanent position with a not-for-profit organisation.

What you'll do

• Work in US/UK time zones
• Manage the Managing Director's calendar and appointments
• Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
• Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries
