About the role

We are looking for a world-class Executive Assistant to work directly with Zolve’s Founder — a strategic operator who can bring order to chaos, anticipate needs, and ensure flawless execution in a fast-paced environment. This role demands discretion, speed, and precision — supporting the Founder across operations, communication, and decision-making.

What you'll do

• Executive Support and Coordination
• Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and efficiency
• Prioritize and manage competing demands, ensuring optimal utilization of the Founder’s time
• Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, notes, and action items
• Manage and safeguard confidential information with the highest degree of discretion

What you need
