About the role

Maintain and update customer and opportunity data in CRM system (e.g., Salesforce CRM / Zoho CRM / HubSpot CRM) Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries Assist in creating daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports Support sales team with lead management and opportunity tracking Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and query resolution

What you'll do
