Executive – Business Development

About the role

The goal and tasks of this position are to support and relieve the Global Head of Business- Pumps and Devices in daily responsibilities and preparations through scheduling and, above all, content‑related tasks. Additionally, the job holder is responsible for independently managing projects / customer interactions that actively support the strategic direction, analysis, consolidation of data/information, and the development of the division.

What you'll do

• Analytical and conceptual development of projects, presentations, and reports
• Administrative support – coordination of appointments, meetings, and events, including their preparation and organization
• Coordination and handling of own smaller projects as well as internal communication initiatives
• Support for the Division Management Team in various project‑related tasks
• Be part of customer meetings and necessary follow-up actions wherever required
