Executive-Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive / Senior Executive who can drive new business growth through strong prospecting, lead generation and field sales. The ideal candidate should be a hunter with proven experience in identifying and converting new business opportunities.

What you'll do

• Identify and hunt for new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, referrals, networking and other prospecting channels
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects across the assigned territory
• Research prospects to understand their business needs, challenges and potential solution requirements
• Connect with decision-makers and key stakeholders to generate interest and create sales opportunities
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition
