Your primary focus will be on handling policy renewals, updating client records, and ensuring timely premium payments.

What you'll do

• Play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of service and compliance
• Be the point of contact for resolving customer queries and maintaining compliance with insurance regulations
• Handle policy renewals and ensure a smooth renewal process for clients
• Update and maintain accurate client records, including personal and policy-related information
• Monitor and follow up on premium payments to ensure timely receipt
