Executive - Central Ops (Forex Services)

About the role

The role involves a central process of customer support in KYC, onboarding queries via chat, email and calls for customers seeking forex buy/sell and remittance services for which the order is placed via web/app and then further process is managed by central team before passing the service level closure to regional on-ground teams.

What you'll do

• Engage with customers to verify their identity, eligibility, and documentation for forex services, ensuring compliance with KYC regulations
• Assist them for any other assistance needed and resolve via calls, chat and email
• Participate actively in training sessions to stay updated on KYC compliance, product knowledge, and processes for issue escalation and resolution

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience

• Any graduate
