Executive Claim Assessor

About the role

The objective of this role is to accurately assess motor accident claims by reviewing surveyor reports, photographic evidence, and supporting documentation to verify claim genuineness and determine the extent of vehicle damage. The position is responsible for estimating claim value with technical precision while ensuring all assessments are completed within defined TAT.

What you'll do

• Responsible for estimating claim value with
• Review surveyor reports and validate the legitimacy of motor vehicle accident claims
• Assess the extent of vehicle damage through photographs and documentation and determine the affected components
• Deliver accurate assessments within stipulated TAT and maintain adherence to internal quality standards
• Communicate findings, clarifications, and decisions effectively to clients, surveyors, and relevant stakeholders
