Executive - Commercial

About the role

The Commercial Associate will support the day-to-day commercial and administrative activities of the organization, including documentation, customer and vendor coordination, order processing, record maintenance, and preparation of commercial reports.

What you'll do

• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery-related documents
• Maintain and update commercial records and documentation
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams for approvals and documentation
• Track order processing, dispatch schedules, and payment follow-ups
• Prepare reports and MIS updates using MS Excel and MS Office
