Executive - Costing & Product Development

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Coordinator to manage the end-to-end production process for children's books. This role requires strong coordination skills to liaise between factories, vendors, sales teams, and product development teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel and SAP, and a keen eye for innovation, cost optimization, and market trends.

What you'll do

• Production Coordination & Inventory Management
• Maintain inventory levels of all SKUs using SAP and Excel formats
• Monitor stock replenishment needs and ensure timely approvals
• Coordinate with factories to track production deadlines, escalating delays when necessary
• Ensure all production inputs from the product development team are correctly communicated to factories
