About the role

Understand and assess customer requirements to deliver prompt and satisfactory resolutions.

What you'll do

• Follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and dues
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation throughout the customer lifecycle, from booking to final possession
• Ensure timely collection and recovery of customer payments in accordance with the booking terms and project work progress
• Maintain and regularly update customer ledgers, account records, and payment status
• Record and track all customer interactions, communications, and service requests
