What you'll do

• Checking component BOM and arrranging & managing requiremnt as per assembling process and baseframe
• Primarily involves converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders, meticulously following up with suppliers to ensure time wise delivery
• Review and convert approved purchase requisitions for sheet metal components into accurate purchase orders (POs) within the ERP system (e.g., SAP)
• Ensure all PO details, including quantities, delivery dates, pricing, and terms, are correct and align with established agreements
• Transmit purchase orders to suppliers and obtain order confirmations
