Executive - Engineer

About the role

As an Executive - Engineering, responsible for overseeing daily shift maintenance activities in Thread Dyeing & Finishing operations.

What you'll do

• Plan and allocate maintenance manpower effectively for shift activities to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Attend and resolve equipment breakdowns within targeted response times
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring failures and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Monitor machine breakdown trends and maintain maintenance history records for analysis and improvement
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans to improve equipment reliability and availability

What you need
