Executive - Facility

About the role

The Facility Executive is responsible for coordinating housekeeping, security, parking support, vendors, manpower, expenses, and day-to-day facility operations. The role ensures adequate staffing, timely reporting, cost control, and dependable support for business requirements.

What you'll do

• Prepare manpower plans based on operational requirements for housekeeping, security, and parking support
• Monitor staff deployment and prepare monthly manpower utilization reports
• Manage facility-related expenses in accordance with the approved authorization matrix
